Job Description As an experienced professional in Project Execution team, you'll use your understanding of project financials as they pertain to how managing a technology centered team helps achieve business goals to set priorities, manage resources, and incentivize high-performing teams. This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture - namely, how can technology help achieve business goals - as well as a keen ability to focus on details of people organization, workforce development communication management and cost controls. The goal is to provide exceptional business value to the users, and to help drive revenue growth and value in the quality of software created.
You will act as a trusted advisor to the technology team/leadership, and is responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. You'll play an integral role in ensuring that the teams run within budget, and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines. Just as importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster collaboration, and promote the values, culture, and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Responsibilities

• Partner with the Technology, Product and Business Management in the definition of future workflows and implementation of related technology and infrastructure projects to prepare the business to meet the requirements of an ever-evolving market structure
• Partner with internal recruiting and external hiring agencies on recruiting efforts
• Ensure the technology team runs within budget and headcount requirements set by business management

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
• Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management, budget management and operations
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
• Able to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions
• Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to both define and deliver to conclusion a strategic agenda across multiple groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail with logical thought process
