Job Description

The End to End Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of field activities for quantitative, qualitative, and Shopper research projects, to ensure that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters and schedule, making sure we deliver & exceed expectations and delight clients. This role works with internal clients to assess the feasibility of operational design and timeline for projects. As the primary contact and resource for research teams, this role manages the end-to-end schedule and data collection process, including vendor management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a field related to the job or 3 years of related experience

  • 2-3 years complex customer service marketing or project management experience (market research experience is an asset)

  • Understanding of basic budget management techniques 

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/G-suite

  • Experience with Decipher and/or other field platforms is an asset

  • Experience with analytical software such as SPSS & WinCross an asset

  • Excellent organizational skills, problem solving, ability to work with time constraints

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (multi-tasking)

  • Effective internal / external client management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • English Fluency

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
