As a E-PMO Director you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Manages and mentors the Program team ensuring successful operations of all Enterprise programs.
  • Builds a strong team by creating and nurturing effective and open communication and by collaborating on decision-making responsibilities.
  • Establishes a planning process to align business needs with the annual budget.
  • Develops and manages relationships with senior business leaders.
  • Remains a trusted technology advisor and solution broker for business partners within the assigned vertical.
  • Ensures the execution of the program is carried out timely and within budget.
  • Establishes consistent communication with stakeholders to understand expectations and business strategy as well as to communicate the status of the program and related projects.
  • Provides program-level updates and summaries to executive leadership.
  • Coordinates with Procurement to develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) for external services and align budget accordingly.
  • Manages relationships between vendors, who will deliver capabilities and resources, and the program managers who will be overseeing the quality of work.
  • Partners with Service line & Corporate leaders to align business needs with strategic roadmap, customer expectations and to develop execution plans.
  • Plans for program risk and develops strategies for dealing with potential risks as well as covering them.
  • Maintains program budget and ensures resources are appropriately allocated.
  • Assists Demand management in identifying the need for project requests and assisting businesses in articulating business value.



What is Required?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field
  • 8+ years working with Enterprise programs/projects, project cost management including preparing cost estimates to determine project budgets
  • 5+ years successful management leadership, financial management and organizational change management
  • Proficient with project Management methodologies (i.e. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Familiar with PM tools - JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 20-30%
  • Previous Healthcare experience is preferred
  • PMP Certification or equivalent is preferred
