Are you ready?

Segra is searching for a Director of Strategic Program Management to work within the Segra Footprint. This position will have overall responsibility for alignment of various project stakeholders, external and internal customers as well as cross-functional organizational teams to deliver the successful completion of strategic program goals and objectives. Major deliverables include critical path analysis of dependencies impacting program, projects, cross functional risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies as well as oversight of operational processes, presentations and leadership within executive level forums.

The ideal candidate will have industry recognized Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques, as well as proven experience clearly articulating risks and issues, all while helping to find mitigation solutions. The Director of Strategic Program Management must present a professional image, be self-motivated and resourceful, have a high aptitude for learning and a strong business acumen in order to successfully keep up with our fast paced and ever-changing industry.

Minimum Requirements:

- - Bachelor's Degree required, with a Master's degree in a technology/business/finance area preferred;

- - Project Management/PMP credentials or equivalent Program Management Leadership experience required;

- - 5 years or more experience in a senior leadership management role required;

- - A firm background of fiber and/or telecommunications required;

- - Critical thinking skills for troubleshooting, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teamsrequired;

- - Proven experience leading a team of personnel and providing the tools for the team to be successful required;

- - Executive presentation skills required.
