Singularity XDR ingests data and leverages our patented AI models to deliver autonomous protection. With SentinelOne, organizations gain full transparency into everything happening across the network at machine speed – to defeat every attack, at every stage of the threat lifecycle.

We are a values-driven team where names are known, results are rewarded, and friendships are formed. Trust, accountability, relentlessness, ingenuity, and OneSentinel define the pillars of our collaborative and unified global culture. We're looking for people that will drive team success and collaboration across SentinelOne. If you’re enthusiastic about innovative approaches to problem-solving, we would love to speak with you about joining our team!

The Agile Transformation Program Manager is a new role required to support the growth and scalability of our Product Development teams at SentinelOne. As we grow and evolve, we believe that there is an opportunity for a significant shift in the way that we plan, commit, and talk about delivery. This shift affects our collective roles, responsibilities, and workflows, and we believe that making this change will allow us to ensure high-quality, predictable product development across distributed teams.

You will be responsible for agile training, coaching, and development of the engineering and product teams, consisting of over 250 technical professionals on three continents. Among other things, you’ll be measured on your ability to improve existing product delivery processes and practices and establish new practices in support of the growth, stability, quality, and speed-to-market goals of product development. In the near and short term, we’ll be looking to you to ensure continual service improvement in our software planning, development, and delivery process.

As you lead the SentinelOne Product Development team towards the benefits of Agile at scale, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building a roadmap and clearly articulated program for near and long term continuous improvements in our product development practices, and leading our teams through this shift
  • Driving consistency and commonality in practices (and cultivating the discernment within the team for when something different is required)
  • Providing mechanisms to help teams clear process and cultural roadblocks as we evolve our practices
  • Collaborating with your peers in the Global Technical Program Management organization to empowering leaders with forums and vehicles for teams to share information and best practices
  • Creating training and enablement materials tailored to different product areas, different challenges, and a variety of scenarios (for example, onboarding)
  • Establishing a world-class approach to agile project management

This is a highly cross-functional role, and your main partners in SentinelOne are responsible for:

  • Product development and architecture (Program Management, Product Management, and Engineering)
  • Maintaining secure assets and system accounts (IT)
  • Site Reliability and Cloud Operations, including handling outages, SDLC, and incident response
  • Business operations, including business development and solution engineering

We are looking for a full-time, versatile, seasoned professional to support the organization’s transition to improved agile practices. Ideally, you will have already led 2-3 multi-year large transformations end-to-end, and you should:

  • Know the difference between Agile (your training) and agility (pragmatic experience in implementing Agile,) and can easily explain both
  • Bring a strong Software and Product development experience
  • Have extensive experience in implementing large scale Enterprise-agile transformation with a success record in using SAFe as a framework of reference
  • Be SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certified and Scrummaster certified (CSM)
  • Have hands-on experience in SAFe and have participated in at least one SAFe implementation
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of / and background with lean/agile concepts in both small and large companies, and be able to articulate how you’ve approached challenges and opportunities in each
  • Have direct experience with agile work management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Rally.
  • Championed or co-designed coaching programs to scale adoption
  • Have directly managed people as a part of your other past roles and responsibilities

During interviews for this role, you’ll want to share about your strong pragmatic leadership style and ability to build relationships throughout an organization, at any level. Distributed software development at a global scale is inherently complex, and we’ll want to talk about how to make complex things simple and understandable for everyone involved. We value creativity, and we’d like to hear about how you think out of the box and any of your creative solutions to past challenges. We’d also like to learn about how you make the sometimes-onerous process of building enterprise-grade software fun. Please note that this role is Remote Friendly and open to any location in the US.
