Job Description As an experienced professional in Project Execution, you thrive at managing complex technology programs that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees, and stakeholders throughout the firm. This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture - namely, how can technology help achieve business goals - as well as a keen ability to establish priorities, manage resources and budgets, and build and incentivize high-performing teams. You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities to develop projects and programs that are broadly applicable. Once you and your team establish a roadmap, you'll play an integral role in ensuring that the project is running on time, within budget, and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture. Just as importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster collaboration, and promote the values, culture, and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Qualifications

  • 7 years technology experience with a minimum of 4 years of technical project management
  • Experience with leading projects through all phases of a software development lifecycle
  • Experience with Web and Mobile technology
  • Agile project management experience, including use of agile project management tools (i.e. Wiki, Jira, etc.) a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive level communication
  • Ability to build strong internal and external client relationships
  • Ability to lead geographically distributed and diverse project teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Candidates must be self-motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstances
  • College degree or equivalent experience required


Responsibilities

  • Jira Hygiene (Dashboard /filter creation and adhoc maintenance)
  • Create/provide reporting of overall book of work for CTO and management oversight/awareness
  • Manage milestones against the stakeholders, using Risk severity and due dates as drivers
  • Backlog refinement for risk items (translate breaks into Jira for AD team to work)
  • Monitor and oversee Application Risk Assessments
  • Coordinate and drive Penetration testing requirements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for mobile and web technology projects
  • Concurrently lead multiple mobile technology projects from initiation to implementation
  • Manage project scope and schedule
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal (business and technology team members) and external customers and vendors
  • Responsible for exceptional verbal and written communication including executive level project communication, project risks and issues, project status
  • Set and facilitate meetings
  • Triage technical issues and lead teams in problem solving
