Digital Battlespace Technical Program Director
Key Role
Join as a leader in our elite Digital Battlespace Platform (DBP) team to build next generation digital-centered solutions for our defense clients. Help build and grow the firm's ISR & EW market position, captures, and delivery of Army programs with clients, teammates, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Translate knowledge of current and future strategic, operational, and tactical challenges facing multi-function ground and aerial integrated Electronic Warfare (EW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cyber platforms and systems to business development initiatives. Provide agile methodologies and leadership to solve tough military problems and possess the ability to architect future technological solutions to create products and services to increase opportunities at the right time and in the right places. Assist with building and representing a diverse team in creating, designing, and implementing agreements and arrangements, including mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and performance standards. Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-energy team to excel through transition and change.
Basic Qualifications
-15+ years of experience with leading DoD ISR & Electronic Warfare mission programs, including full-scale development, rapid prototyping, training support, and maintenance
-Experience in engaging with and operating at the General Officer (GO) or SES level
-Knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle and Agile Development/DevSecOps
-Top Secret clearance
-Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications
-Experience related to one or more of the following DoD programs: TENCAP; EWPMT
-TS/SCI clearance preferred
-Master's degree
-Agile DevOps/DevSecOps, Intelligence and EW targeting training certification preferred
-DAU Level III Certification in Program Management preferred
