We're reimagining the Chase digital experience from the ground up with an audacious goal to grow by 100mm customers in 5 years by delivering significant incremental value through new benefits and experiences and an improved user experience. To start, we're engaging in a quarter-long design work track with a best-in-class external agency and will be partnering across the firm to launch initial experiments to test & learn, build out this vision and strategy, and collaborate with the Commerce business and 3rd party partners to deliver on Chase's aspirations to expand beyond "banking." This is a very exciting cross-functional opportunity to influence and shape the future of Chase digital, across all of our channels and segments.
We need a superstar to join an awesome team to help bring this to life. The optimal candidate should be enthusiastic and passionate about this effort, with experience in large scale-senior stakeholder and program management, as well as a mix of strong product management, strategy, communication and marketing skills.
Early days will include collaborating to refine our vision and strategy, define customer and business outcomes, go to market planning, and building and executing on a learning plan, with a focus on overall program set-up and senior stakeholder management. This person will play a vital role in making sure we're getting set up the right way and making clear progress towards our north star.
Job Responsibilities

  • Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Make sure that all required projects are completed and reviewed by interested parties
  • Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
  • Ability to define the scope of the project, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners
  • Manages and appropriately escalates: delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the product development initiatives
  • An ability to drive to big picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with quality management approaches, techniques, and principles to ensure quality working with Product Owners and development team to identify and prioritize


Job Skills & Qualifications Required

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in financial services, digital platforms and/or software development
  • Strong understanding of and ability to work within Agile methodology
  • Intermediate to expert level knowledge of JIRA, with ability to build dashboards and pull data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to relate with people or personnel from different units of the company
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationship across many fronts
  • Ability to focus and pay attention to details at all times
  • Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision
  • Possesses high level understanding in the areas of web application programming, content management systems, API, database and system design
  • Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work.
  • Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices


Preferred:

  • Understanding of the technical aspects of microsites
  • Experience working with multi-level management and groups
