We are seeking an experienced Delivery Optimization Manager to lead business-critical focus areas within Central Delivery Operations. The role will set overall strategy and lead key work streams impacting all Medly locations. The Central Delivery Operations team is tasked with innovating and scaling the Delivery function for all Medly and partnering with local teams to fulfill the delivery promise. 

This position can be based remotely from any U.S. location and may require occasional travel to Medly's headquarters in Brooklyn, NY.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and own analyses and processes for Delivery operations to address issues and drive efficiencies for current Medly locations
  • Identify operational and structural opportunities to improve existing or develop new processes for all parts of current Delivery operations
  • Develop and execute vision for the Delivery business to optimize for growth and profitability
  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders across product, operations, marketing and finance to develop a strong pulse on market trends, competition and opportunities
  • Present analyses and findings to senior leaders and cross-functional partners


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2 or more years of professional work experience in a related field (operations, consulting, strategy, analytics, tech, investment banking)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and project management abilities
  • Data-driven decision-making mentality, sound business judgment, and the ability to back your analysis up with relevant analytical thinking
  • Strong collaboration and partner leadership skills - building deep, trust-based relationships with territory and cross functional teams
  • Experience working closely and communicating effectively with a diverse set of partners in a constantly evolving, rapid growth environment
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast paced environments
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel / other data management tools preferred
  • Solid understanding of SQL
