ABOUT THE POSITION
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Data Solutions Group program of interdependent projects.
POSITION OVERVIEW
In this role you will serve as the communication hub for the Data Solutions Group program requiring strong and regular communication across a variety of internal and external teams. You will collaborate with others to implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to DSG objectives.
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED?
o Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines (8+ years)
o Knowledge of the industry project management best practices i.e. Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and the FIS Enterprise Project Management Methodology (EPMM)
o Knowledge of a variety of IT project methodologies and lifecycles and experience with programs/projects utilizing Agile.
o Demonstrated ability to establish budgets, forecast, and manage financial results.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills: adept in communicating ideas to all levels of management in a clear, concise, and professional manner across a variety of business, financial and technical ranges.
o Strong relationship management skills
o You are a problem-solver with a positive attitude.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
o Oversees all aspects of the Data Solutions Group program throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
o Manages problem resolution and risk mitigation for escalated issues, problems and risks as needed.
o Leads multi-disciplinary teams, composed of various levels of personnel, vendors and clients to create and deploy successful programs.
o Partners with Finance and others to monitor and report on financial performance.
o Delivers informational and decision-seeking presentations to a variety of audiences including executive leadership.
o May directly oversee employees assigned to manage specific projects.
o Some travel may be required.
o Other related duties assigned as needed.
