We are looking for Data Analytics Engineers to join our team. Solve unique, challenging problems for our National Security and Law Enforcement customers. Help manage large volumes of critical, real-time information about issues from global to local. Get s#it done.

This position requires a current DoD Secret clearance or higher.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Facilitate daily agile stand-up meetings
• Draft requirements for technical solutions and business process improvements
• Assist in any manual collection of data from stakeholders
• Provide data cleaning support of spreadsheets and PDFs as needed
• Assist with market research and provide recommendations to help with efficient data collection and transformation
• Provide quality assurance and testing for the visual dashboards to ensure data transformation is functioning as designed
• Track stakeholder feedback and input for enhancements
• Provide agile project management support including tracking, coordinating, and reporting
• Improve development and data analytic processes
• Conduct analysis to determine what data exist and what data are necessary to further customer analytical capabilities
• Identify additional under-exploited uses of internal datasets, as well as bring in additional relevant external data to augment existing conventional sources
• Collaborate on a daily basis to better focus analytic resources, tailor analysis to operational needs, and make useful recommendations to improve operations

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

• Assessed current applications, analytics and data sources and made recommendations for improvement
• Developed innovative analytical techniques
• Supported the fusion of open source, public record, commercial, and social media data with customers’ data

EVEN BETTER

• You should also have experience with one or more of these:
• Law Enforcement and/or Intelligence Community investigative techniques
• Data Analytics projects
