We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our Cyber Team at Gopuff. As a Project Manager, you will oversee Cybersecurity projects to completion within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost. This position can be located in Philadelphia, New York, Boston, or along the east coast, and will report to the Head of Cybersecurity.
Responsibilities

• Oversee technical project management, working between our technical and IT teams and relevant business partners to manage all aspects of individual projects from start to completion;
• Work with the team to define the project schedule and budget, project team framework and scope, key milestones and execution strategy;
• Develop rollout plan and oversee deployment into production, including development of necessary support plans;
• Provide guidance on best practices and solutions to streamline processes and complete projects quickly and efficiently;
• Lead technical security and approvals processes and coordinate the creation of technical documentation to meet project requirements;
• Maintain and update project schedules on a regular basis, providing updates to key stakeholders throughout each project; and
• Work cross-functionally with business units and IT professionals, and bridge the gap between technical security challenges and business needs.

Key Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent experience and 5-7+ years of relevant experience in a project management capacity, PMP certification a plus;
• 5+ years of experience in a role as IT/Security project manager leading complex, enterprise-wide technical and/or business initiatives;
• Demonstrated success in technical project or program management, especially at a growing startup;
• Ability to run multiple, high-priority projects simultaneously;
• Excellent understanding of project management processes/procedures and software development life cycle;
• Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations, IT infrastructure and architecture;
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate progress toward milestones, opportunities, and risks to all stakeholders - includes the ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms;
• Knowledge of network and security vulnerabilities, trends, tools and practices; and
• True passion to make a real impact.
