Cyber Education & Development Program Owner
Responsibilities:
- Manage education & development KPIs for ECS and ensure ECS meets its commitments to MassMutual and ETX talent and training initiatives
- Serve as the key ECS partner for HR, recruiting, learning and development, DEI, and other talent management teams across MassMutual, helping to answer questions, track metrics, provide cyber-specific information and support awareness and compliance of cyber leadership and employees (as needed)
- Build ECS-specific development programs that help develop and retain ECS employees, including a rotational program and intern program
- Execute a cyber-specific onboarding process to compliment MassMutual and ETX onboarding and support cyber-specific informational and training needs of new hires
- Support the monthly ECS:edu educational sessions to provide ongoing and cyber-specific educational content
- Make decisions for improving work processes for the cyber team
- Develop and maintain a cyber security talent pipeline through external engagement opportunities and work with the MassMutual recruiting team to attract diverse internal and external talent to the cyber security team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally related to education, development, or other relevant focus or comparable experience in these disciplines
- 3 years of experience required, 5+ years of experience preferred in education management and program development
- Strong project and relationship management skills at all levels
- Passion for staff education and helping others meet their professional goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and work as part of a collaborative team
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Creative, organized, positive, optimistic, and energetic
Preferred Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Basic understanding of cyber security principles a plus
- Experience running a security awareness program a plus
- Familiarity with the financial services industry a plus
