Description and Requirements

We are looking for a talented customer reference program manager for our Intelligent Device Group (IDG), to be a part of Lenovo's evolution into a world-leading technology solutions company. Together with our Center of Excellence customer reference program leaders, the IDG Customer Reference Program Manager is responsible for driving a strategic, top-tier, world-class customer reference program for IDG. This role will work cross-functionally and closely with other GEOs, sales, customer success owners, product teams, strategy, and marketing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain IDG and Lenovo's customer relationships to help marketing and sales for proof points of success
  • Recruit and manage high-touch reference relationship for our customers
  • Define and implement a strategy and process for identifying and tracking reference opportunities, building customer profiles, and publishing customer success stories through Lenovo Success portal
  • Drive awareness and consideration for, as well as participation in, the IDG reference program with sales teams around the globe; advocate for the program across the company
  • Work closely with sales teams to create and maintain in-depth customer profiles and key contacts; advise them on how and when to use references
  • Manage reference requests, actively trace reference activity regularly, and track outcomes and deliverables
  • Maintain IDG customer reference web portal and update on a regular basis
  • Think out of box, develop new ways and involving processes to attract and promote customer success stories to build the reference program.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in Marketing or relevant field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience for a hardware and/or technology company
  • Demonstrated understanding of the customer journey, sales process, and related technologies to manage customer relationships and engagement
  • Proficiency in global communication standards
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external customers
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work with others in a highly collaborative work environment
