You will lead customer marketing by partnering with our marketing, sales and products teams to scale our customer references and create an advisor board program. By partnering closely with key stakeholders, you will bring to life inspirational customer references and stories via a variety of content types and media, showcasing the value of Quantcast and translating the voice of the customer into sales and marketing tools for public and private references.

Responsibilities

  • Develop process and program for illuminating and showcasing customer references globally, including quotes, proof points, and written and video case studies.
  • Lead our executive programs as we create and expand our customer advisory councils and executive sponsor programs.
  • Grow the scope and influence of our installed base marketing and communications functions by working closely with groups including customer success, growth marketing and field marketing to create vehicles aligned to our customer journey to impact retention and expansion goals.
  • Creatively develop co-marketing programs with key customers. 
  • Contribute to a culture of customer engagement and educate executive-level audiences; you’ll lead program measurement, formulate and communicate the requirements to grow the impact of our customer database and influence our content strategy to increase views and work with our public relations and social media teams to amplify content.
  • Optimize and manage the budget; track and analyze programs/campaigns for ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 10+ years marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior level customer marketing/advocacy inside a B2B technology company, during which time you've demonstrated an ability to carefully and successfully create and manage customer references involving globally recognized brands.
  • Customer-centric professional with demonstrable experience building a customer reference program that maximizes reference opportunities - from new win announcements in the media, to deep dive case studies and internal sales collateral.
  • Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to help nurture customer relationships and to work successfully with cross-functional teams including executive management, product management, digital, operations, sales and marketing.
  • Experience supporting large sales organizations in a growth environment is preferred.
  • Eye for detail and ability drive cross-functionally
  • Ability to communicate and develop assets for all channels
  • Ability to educate key internal teams (e.g. sales) about the availability and strategic deployment of customer advocacy assets and interactions.
  • Ability to create engagement with current customers through innovative program ideas

Recognizing the importance of flexible work environments, Quantcast has adopted a hybrid work model. The model gives employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week and work in the office for team collaboration for the remainder of the time.
