How you will make an impact!
Are you looking for an opportunity to drive positive change for our customers through project management? The Customer Experience Project Manager will establish a Life Sciences order fulfillment project funnel, build a prioritization system, and manage multiple projects that will vary in impact and size. This role is a customer-focused leader with project management and problem-solving skills as well as a solid understanding of the processes, systems and data that impact the customer's order fulfillment process. In this role the successful candidate will:
What you will do:
- Support the Order Fulfillment CX strategy by leading small, medium, or large projects targeted at improving the customer experience
- As a Project Leader, be responsible for all aspects of project scope, cost, schedule, resource, & risks to ensure and drive successful delivery
- Build and manage a project funnel, including establishment of an organizational review committee and operational process
- Analyze opportunities and data in partnership with stakeholders to establish priorities
- Understand the current, end to end, global Life Sciences order fulfillment customer experience, business plans and future expectations
- Work regionally and cross functionally as needed to support project funnel
- Ensure that solutions implemented are scalable, flexible, and consistent in all regions whenever possible.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, consistently using established PPI approaches
- Present/communicates findings, results, and other details to all levels of the organization
- Other duties as assigned
How will you get here?
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in project management
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, PPI Process Manager certification a plus
- Solid understanding of and interest in customer experience
- Strong data analysis abilities
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, as well as conflict resolution
- Excellent organization capabilities
- Ability to prepare and present refined content to a diverse set of audiences
- Ability to travel occasionally both domestically and international
