As a Corporate Services Mergers and Acquisitions (M+A) Program Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead development and execution of integration and divestiture strategies for global real estate and facility services.
  • Performs due diligence on potential acquisitions and divestitures, assesses real estate and facility requirements, develops strategies and coordinates across global organizations to ensure successful implementation.
  • Support Corporate Real Estate functions such as site selection, strategic portfolio planning and other special projects.
  • Manage due diligence, integration and divestiture strategy and budget planning.
  • Ratify strategies and budgets with Intel M+A team, finance and acquiring business unit.
  • Coordinate with partner orgs, GSC, IT, HR, others to align integration/divestiture strategies.
  • Collaborate with CS operations teams to complete site assessments, align plans for site transition to sustaining, execute site fit up projects and people moves.
  • Coordinate with local CS partners and GSC M+A to execute lease/facility contract transfers.
  • Manage stakeholders, scope interdependencies, identify/manage risks, track/adjust project schedules accordingly, proactively identify issues and solutions that drive positive results.
  • Distribute communications, provide leadership to project teams and key interfaces.
  • Ensure smooth transition from CS M+A team to CS sustaining operations team.
  • Support global programs and innovation/efficiency efforts related to strategic site plans.
  • Support CS staff key initiatives pertaining to corporate real estate and M+A objectives.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in program /project management.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Mergers + Acquisitions Integration processes and/or Corporate Services
