What you’ll do:

You’ll report to the Growth & Partnerships Manager and help drive Public’s user growth through our creator initiatives. You’ll be responsible for working with creators on various social media platforms.

We are looking for a rockstar who is entrepreneurial, motivated, and creative to join the Growth Team. The ideal candidate for this role may come from a variety of academic backgrounds, but we are looking for a rockstar who’s excited about all-things social media (TikTok, Youtube, Instagram etc.) and eager to get hands-on experience in the creator economy space.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead key creator partnership initiatives to fuel Public’s acquisition goals.

  • You’ll work closely with the Growth & Partnerships manager to identify, vet, and close high impact creator partnerships and mission-aligned brand partnerships that will drive user growth.
  • You’ll assist with managing ongoing creator relationships, including creator onboarding process, creative communication, and relationship management.
  • You will support the Brand Team with the creative production process.
  • You will assist in optimizing processes and creating new ones to ensure programs are executed on time and on budget. 
  • You’ll stay close with trends and news in the creator economy and in the fintech industry. 

Who you are:

  • You are entrepreneurial, motivated, scrappy, outgoing and love taking on responsibility and ownership.
  • You love all-things social media and are curious about consumer behaviors & trends on social media.
  • You're a confident communicator, have excellent writing skills, and are a great listener.
  • You are extremely comfortable at multitasking.
  • You have excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • You have a strong interest in the Fintech industry.
  • You’ve worked in the Creator Partnerships department of a high-growth start-up.
  • You invest in the stock market
