We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient Project Manager to join our Grove Owned Brands team. In this role, you will report to the Owned Brands Creative Director and help to coordinate and accomplish a wide range of Design and Copy activities for Innovation projects. Candidate must have an eye for detail and the capacity to synchronize all project elements from concept to execution while staying cool under the pressure of multiple projects. You will manage deadlines, traffic copy/artwork files, orchestrate tasks, and seamlessly mitigate risks. If you are super organized, over-communicative, and love working cross-departmentally, then this could be the job for you!

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Manage and coordinate a variety of creative projects, focused on packaging copy and design development
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to organize workflows and build stakeholder consensus to meet project deadlines 
  • Leverage project management tools to develop timelines and coordinate deliverables 
  • Have a voice in the strategic planning phase of upcoming projects
  • Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with creative team and stakeholders across the company
  • Understand timelines, creative lead times, different types of deliverables, etc
  • Maintain organization across all project documents and shared drives (Google Drive, Asana, etc.) 
  • Help create and adhere to project timelines for all phases of packaging creative development 

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years in-house or agency creative project management/creative operations experience 
  • Experience with Asana or other digital project collaboration software required 
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, where last minute changes are common and require nimble problem solving skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and be forward thinking 
  • Skilled collaborator with strong communication skills 
  • Excellent relationship building skills and a willingness to hold teammates accountable
  • Self-starter who works well independently
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure
  • Demonstrated understanding/experience with the creative process and creative production 
  • Familiarity with project management systems is a bonus
