Corporate Transformation Manager

The Corporate Transformation Manager has oversight of CA’s Transformation Management Office (TMO), the umbrella organization that coordinates and drives transformation activities across CA including M&A/post-merger integration efforts and other strategic programs. 

The impact you’ll have: 

  • Orchestrate project governance, including a regular cadence of TMO sessions (schedule, prepare for, and run and drive follow-ups for key meetings)
  • Support the execution of TMO governance and reporting including weekly reports and executive reviews 
  • Manage overall project plan, track key milestones and detect, escalate and address transformation/integration risks 
  • Maintain document repository and file structure as well as access rights; own cataloging and managing version control on key documents 
  • Track and manage confidentiality commitments and clearances for the project 
  • Facilitate cross-functional partnership by highlighting interdependencies and areas of collaboration 
  • Partner with functional leads and change leaders across the organization to develop and implement strategic recommendations to support operational excellence and business model enhancements 
  • Facilitate and participate in targeted content deep-dive sessions to enable problem-solving 
  • Support communications activities, including managing a communication plan, stakeholder engagement tracking, and change management interventions 
  • Draft and manage the review process for selected communications (e.g., people on the move announcements, Operating Model change announcements) 
  • Partner with IT PMO to drive digital transformation initiatives 
  • Provide/facilitate access to business data and information, assist in solving for data gaps that may arise 
  • Represent the Transformation and Integration Office in key management meetings with executive leaders 

Who we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of progressive responsibility either internally or with a consulting firm with a proven track record of leading transformation initiatives 
  • High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management 
  • Process/project management experience, along with communications and change management experience 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and execute with a sense of urgency 
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including executives 
  • Takes direction and translates into a pragmatic implementation plan 
  • Problem solver addresses roadblocks 
  • Builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively with teams, as well as influences and partners across divisions and levels of the organization 
  • Communicate effectively across written, verbal, and presentation formats to a variety of audiences from project team members to Executive 
  • Synthesizing data and project plans to create a defined critical path 
  • Apply critical thinking techniques to highlight and analyze risks or problems and develop solutions 
  • Lead the gathering of project requirements across a multi-function team 
  • Manage and facilitate team meetings and initiatives to effectively develop plans and achieve goals 

Not required, but we’d also love to see: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or other related fields; MBA
  • Experience in a consulting firm 
  • Project management certifications and experience with agile methodologies 
  • Six-sigma certification 
  • Technology or Finance or Operations process knowledge/background and work experience 
  • Strong strategic mindset with sound business judgment and problem-solving capabilities 

Location: This role may be based out of our North Billerica, MA offices or remote.
