Job Description:

The Corporate Strategy Program Manager will play a pivotal role in unlocking growth by leading highly cross-functional initiatives aligned with Pluralsight's strategic objectives. This role reports to the Head of Enterprise PMO within the Corporate Strategy team.
As the point of contact for assigned initiatives, you will work cross functionally with leaders and team members in Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Strategy and IT to deliver high-profile programs and projects. Success depends upon your unique blend of project management experience, business knowledge and collaboration. You think deeply about the business, your customers and what the collective you are trying to accomplish. You artfully meld collaboration and process improvement with execution. You're curious; you seek context and ask questions about the desired outcome. You look to your extensive experience to inspire solutions that you improve with expertise and perspective from others. What you'll own:

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication across multiple business functions.
• Communicate goals, responsibilities, issues and project status clearly and succinctly to senior management, project team members and the broader organization.
• Drive the creation and delivery of program plans and timelines, business cases, and corresponding return on investment estimates for funding requests.
• Work with partners to identify resources, assemble project teams, and assign responsibilities and decision rights across the working group.
• Assess costs, benefits and risks, and risk response through effective action and appropriate resolution.
• Balance business needs with technical and security requirements.
• Craft deep but easy to navigate project spaces for both the project team and other colleagues to find key project artifacts and playbooks.

Experience you'll need:

• Successfully led multiple mid-to-large cross-functional projects with varying degrees of complexity.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to clearly explain complicated or nuanced issues to a range of audiences.
• Program and project management experience for cloud and/or on-premise SaaS products.
• Bachelor's Degree plus 8+ years of proven experience, including multiple years exclusively running projects and programs.

Preferred experience:

• Experience with software development lifecycle, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working globally, across geographies and timezones
• Exposure to multiple project management methodologies is a plus
