We are currently seeking a hands-on analytical, driven and results-orientated Compensation Program Manager to join our fast-paced, growing People team! The Compensation Program Manager will be responsible for designing, administering, and continually evaluating Flyhomes’ compensation programs including salary/hourly wages, equity plans, variable sales compensation, and other performance-based compensation.  You will be responsible for supporting the communication and administration of our innovative compensation programs and policies


What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Leadership and other stakeholders to develop compensation programs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner to People Team, Business Partners, Line Managers, and Leadership
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure not only Flyhomes’ external competitiveness but internal equity that strengthens our culture of recognition 
  • Design, recommend, and implement company-wide and business specific compensation structures including multiple variable compensation plans that deepen employee engagement and ensure Flyhomes are competitive in the markets we operate in 
  • Conduct job evaluations, develop salary budgets, and assist with procedures to ensure compensation is equitable
  • Perform cost analysis & modeling of alternative commission/incentive plan designs
  • Maintain, update, and analyze records and calculations for equity plans
  • Establish, update, and maintain compensation administration policies to ensure consistent, fair, and defendable practices that align with legal regulations and best practices
  • Work with Payroll to ensure practices and processes are legally compliant and consistent with internal compensation administration policies
  • Continually research, benchmark, and analyze pay plans to ensure Flyhomes remain competitive with external market and competitors



What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of progressive work experience in Total Rewards and/or compensation including experience as a comp analyst for a growing organization (start-up experience preferred)
  • Relevant certification(s) such as CCP, CBP, GRP, or CEBS highly desired
  • Data driven approach utilizing competitor, market, and cost-benefit analysis to help drive recommendations and decisions 
  • Proven experience building, developing and implementing compensation programs including variable compensation for sales organizations is required
  • Demonstrated analyst skills and adept at modeling pay programs using Excel and/or Google sheets 
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with the business and the leadership team including ability to respectfully push back or make suggestions 
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements
  • Extra points if you’ve built compensation models for international markets
