We’re nerds about payments and know our offering is like nothing else available in the marketplace today. We’ve signed contracts with several of the power-players in the payments industry and are experiencing exponential growth. Now, we’re expanding the team to support our ambitions of further disrupting the payments space.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute end to end delivery of client implementations
- Work with business owner/sponsor to establish milestones and goals to achieve a successful project outcome
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to secure named individuals for each role at work task level.
- Develop project metrics and track project progress. Drive and oversee project tasks, work-plans, and services/deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans encompassing all tasks by department/function.
- Analyze and adjust plan to ensure that key resources are neither over nor under allocated throughout project. Review progress and obstacles with each stream or sub-team.
- Identify resource requirements and leveling needs and manage project conflicts. Set expectations and communicate with various streams or sub-teams on roles and responsibilities to be held accountable to commitments.
- Deliver weekly status/progress reports to provide clear, direct, and timely communication to resource providers and to assignees.
- Drive issue resolution and strive to proactively resolve issues directly with affected parties. Escalate conflicts to the stakeholders or management.
- Monitor progress versus planned activities on continuous basis and provide visibility of same to stakeholders and PMO.
- Manage multiple implementations of varying sizes and timelines.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of industry experience in client implementation or related field with experience detailing, managing, and delivering successful onboarding
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking
- Experience working with a range of clients especially large Institutions and partners
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study or equivalent work experience
RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Project Management Professional (PMP Certification)
- PRINCE II Certification
Base salary for this role ranges from 75-115k, based on market assessment and varies depending on experience.
