The Information Security Technology Manager supports and provides coordination for the Citi Anti-Automation Defense Team. This includes tracking operational status of programs and projects and program level risk management. The program manager will gather data from various sources and use it to create and maintain Information Security performance indicators, reports, and dashboards for the program and projects.

This position is responsible for helping to ensure that programs, projects and initiatives are defined, planned, tracked and communicated in a consistent manner. This will be achieved by partnering with various teams within the organization to drive consistency and lead delivery through following established methodologies and good practices. The program manager will be a change leader within Global Consumer Information Security, collaborating with stakeholders and partners worldwide.

This position will be responsible for:

  • Drive the execution of solution delivery programs within Information Security
  • Manage tasks and responsibilities associated with the co-ordination and support of rollout of new cyber technologies with strong project management discipline
  • Ensure strategic priorities are progressed, follow ups are delivered, areas of underperformance are identified along with mitigation actions
  • Monitor progress in achieving stated objectives and ensure that progress is communicated effectively through regular status reporting
  • Gather and report on program metrics with regards to compliance, vulnerability, risk and incident management
  • Quickly research and understand new technology as proposed by partner organizations
  • Serves as coordination point for escalation, issue management, and timeline delivery for escalated SOC issues
  • Performs all appropriate steps in accordance to established SLAs within departments.
  • Coordinates testing resources, testing plans and testing results with all resources for successful validation of project deliverables.
  • Define and frame key cyber risk issues across GCB products and geographies, recommending business response and driving implementation on an ongoing basis and enhance overall cyber risk management operating model, improving processes to maximize effectiveness for GCB IS



Experience:

  • 10+ years experience, emerging technologies, or relevant field, with a primary emphasis on combating cyber enabled and traditional financial crimes.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management, communication and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of all information security domains, information security industry standard, and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of ISMS governance models (i.e. ISO 27001, NIST), information security roles, security controls
  • Technical experience with information security / cyber security, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, collate, and explain complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and adjust to changing focus and priorities. Must be able to successfully execute with multiple, competing priorities without significant guidance.
  • Ability to anticipate delivery risks and remediate through sound risk management.
  • Bachelor's Degree required



Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree required, plus a minimum of 5 of project management and leadership experience.
  • Advanced level experience in an IT project leadership role with extensive experience in business, functional and people management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, with the ability to quickly build credibility to influence and make recommendations to all levels of the organization
  • Capable of driving execution and influence leaders in teams and locations disbursed globally
  • Strong execution skillset
  • Strong communications skills and experience developing and delivering Executive and Board level quality presentations
  • PMP/Project Management certification or training a plus.
