Joining Collibra’s People team:

Collibra is seeking a People Program Manager to serve as the Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer, partnering closely with the People and Places Leadership Team on both strategic projects as well as tactical execution of the People & Places agenda. You will act as a program manager for all People & Places projects globally. You will be expected to lead with confidence through data and insights, embrace and drive change as a transformative, operational leader, ensure alignment through open, direct, and kind discussions, and serve as the internal and external champion. Working as one Collibra, you will have the opportunity to work with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization on both operational and People strategy initiatives. 

The Chief of Staff, People Program Manager at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Oversee large, organization-wide projects or initiatives - manage projects on behalf of the Chief People Officer 
  • Monitor and measure progress toward the department performance objectives; create and execute action plans to support team achievement of performance objectives
  • Partner with teams and drive execution of initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence, implement, extend, manage, and evolve our operational processes and models
  • Proactively build and maintain a network of key relationships to continuously understand business dynamics and appropriately influence business decisions

You Have:

  • 8+ years experience working in related business functions (HR, Finance, Project Management) with direct HR experience 
  • Experience designing and delivering simple solutions for complex, mission-critical programs at global scale 
  • Developed new programs to support the strategic direction of the department/organization - ability to understand the big picture business dynamics, contribute to strategy development and translate to people plans 
  • The ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and act as a trusted sounding board
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning, communications and project management skills

You Are:

  • A sound judgment in escalating and clear communication to keep stakeholders appropriately informed
  • A detail-oriented, analytical program manager who uses data and systems-thinking to build strategies and measure their effectiveness
  • Versed in either Agile/Scrum methodologies, or PMP or Six Sigma certified; MBA an additional plus 
  • Committed to an “ownership mindset” with a high degree of integrity and accountability - possess a vision of the future - balancing the senior management advisory role with that of delivering programs across the business they support
  • Able to perform in a high-pressure environment and operate at all levels within the organization to gain support to achieve results 

Reporting to Collibra’s Chief People Officer, Chief of Staff, People Program Manager measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will learn our products, organization, People and Places and Business strategy
  • Within your third month, you will have completed a quarter of cross-functional program management aligned to the company’s strategy
