You are responsible for

  • Leading the Sleep and Respiratory integrated change strategy and plans, to drive adoption and sustainability of strategic initiatives by implementing a standard Organizational Change Management (OCM) framework based upon best practices, and Philips's standards.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (HR, Communications & Business Leadership) to identify stakeholders impacted by the change and to implement training, communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive strategic direction through the development and socialization of the Sleep and Respiratory Care change narrative.
  • Leading change tracking across the Sleep and Respiratory Care overall change journey.
  • Building Organizational Change Management (OCM) capability through development of standard and repeatable OCM processes and toolkits, mentoring team members on OCM best practices, and ensuring consistent application across portfolio of projects.
  • Partnering with project teams to lead development of OCM plans, aligned to overall project plans, to increase the adoption of the Sleep and Respiratory Care transformation initiatives.
  • Drafting global messaging, designing promotional materials, preparing/conducting briefings, and helping develop training materials.
  • Coaching and mentoring leaders on change.
  • Utilizing change methods to enhance the efficacy of HR portfolio-based projects.
  • Ensuring organizational transformation is positioned to scale at all times, so the "gravitational pull" of the legacy organization does not return their operations to their former ways of working.


You are part of

The Sleep & Respiratory Care Business (SRC), reporting into the Business Transformation Leader.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of experience implementing employee engagement strategies, including integration of culture and enhancing employee experience at a complex organization (experience in technology or healthcare - a plus)
  • Demonstrated success with story-telling to internal audiences - through visual designs of data for effective meaningful presentation.
  • Demonstrated success promoting change by helping others to change and remove barriers; solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Able to assimilate business knowledge and knowledge of internal customer's unique needs/situation; experience working in a matrix and global organization
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements
  • Ability to influence others at multiple organizational levels, to lead and work in a team environment; ability to lead collaborative efforts
  • Professional certifications PROSCI or other change management methodology certification a plus
