As a Card Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for the success of our card programs by managing production, fulfillment, partner relations, and serve as a primary stakeholder in the end user experience to optimize card activation and ensure all stages of the fulfillment process are running smoothly. You’re analytical by nature, operationally focused, and thrive in ambiguity. What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate with Customer Success, Data Science, and external partners to manage forecast and card inventory levels for all card products
  • Partner with Data Science to implement reporting and alerting mechanisms to surface and improve bottlenecks in the card fulfillment and production process (ordering, printing, shipping, inventory, etc.) 
  • Automate and refine processes to support rapid growth and operations at scale
  • Own the end-to-end card experience by coordinating with Marketing, Customer Success, and Support on design and implementation of physical cards, envelopes, carriers, etc. to meet customer requirements and optimize card activation
  • Identify opportunities to minimize costs, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Finance, and external partner teams through change management
  • Manage requirements gathering, acceptance testing, and configuration controls with external partners to launch new card products
  • Proactively engage with manufacturing, issuing, and banking partners to ensure ongoing improvement
  • Effectively communicate and present insights to the business in order to drive business decisions

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics or other relevant fields
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience managing card and payment programs at scale
  • An operational mindset with the ability to dig into details, identify patterns, and propose thoughtful solutions
  • Excellent understanding of the payments industry and various partners involved
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistent track record of success and career progression across multiple payment and card related programs.
