WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
Box Consulting is a growing team within Customer Success focused on helping customers rapidly deploy, maximize value, and deeply integrate Box into their enterprises. The primary function of this highly visible position is to support our Box Consulting practice at all levels of the organization through continuous improvement in business processes, systems, reporting, data and analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer business systems including Clarizen (PSA system) and Salesforce to deliver reliable, scalable and efficient solutions to support services objectives.
Design, deliver and improve key metrics, dashboards and management reports and provide actionable insight.
Identify business issues, provide recommendations, implement solutions and develop success metrics.
Provide analytics in support of new or enhanced initiatives and goals including metrics, process and data requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization including redesign, and development of new processes and policies.
Create and maintain documentation, requirements, process flows, use cases, and test scripts for business processes.
Analyze, forecast and track resource demand - staffing utilization, demand/capacity, project profitability.
Oversee and ensure accuracy in the setup and maintenance of projects and handoff from sales.
Mine and analyze data; identify areas to improve resource utilization, increase revenue, enhance service margins, and minimize risk.
Develop presentations and reports to communicate key messages to senior management.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
● 5+ years of experience in Services and/or Sales Operations in a high growth SaaS environment
● Strong Salesforce skills (admin level)
● Experienced administration of PSA tools, for example, Clarizen, FinancialForce, or a similar PSA system
● Comfortable working with senior managers and executives
● Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks at hand; strong attention to detail
● Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
● Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
● Proactive with the ability to take ownership of projects
