AVP, Product Management – Global Service Provider will be responsible for driving strategy and roadmap to accelerate global service provider business at RingCentral and migrate legacy base to RingCentral platform. We are looking for a Product leader with in-depth experience in Unified Communications and Collaborations industry.
You care deeply about customer experience. You understand that great products balance simplicity and robust features to solve real world problems. Saying “no” is as important as adding new features. You also enjoy tapping the left side of the brain and quantifying your decisions by analyzing data and setting up proper measurement and reporting for each feature launched.
You know how to build a team and develop a platform to onboard service providers at scale.
Work closely with service providers to drive revenue through partner channel
Maintain positive relationships with sales and partners
Understand and prioritize partner and customer needs
Define features including technical requirements and user experience
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on feature definition and development
Work with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategy
Track and measure product adoption
Mentor team members to build a culture of excellence
Develop Partner Platform (APIs) to scale onboarding of service providers
Qualifications / Requirements:
B.S. Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS or a related field required
12+ years of product management leadership experience
Highly empathetic with users, customers, partners, and co-workers
Effective written and presentation skills
Experience working with Global Service Providers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
Mobile Network Integration (IMS)
Experience in large scale customer migrations
Experience in launching product in International markets
Experience developing multi-tenant cloud software
