AV Operations, Technical Program Manager

Snap Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our AV Operations team.
What you'll do:
- Manage and deliver programs for the AV Operations team, including developing project plans and budgets, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
- Develop and manage metrics to track the health of services and ensure program success
- Manage and monitor cloud services to ensure they are performing to requirements and expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, TechLounge,and Workplace Experience (Facilities), to align and deliver on project goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients, to ensure effective communication and a smooth project flow
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans as needed to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, including translating company and product strategies into technical roadmaps and requirements
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the audiovisual industry and leverage new innovations to improve program delivery
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience in managing and measuring program success using metrics and data analysis
- Strong experience in developing and managing cloud services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of audiovisual technologies, including video conferencing, audio systems, and control systems
- Experience managing multiple vendor relationships
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in technical program management in the audiovisual or related industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration software
- Experience supporting enterprise AV technologies which may include video conferencing systems, digital signage and other AV-related technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Audiovisual Engineering, or a related field
- Experience managing teams, including performance management, career development, and mentoring
Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
- Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) : The base salary range for this position is $165,000 - 230,000 annually
- Zone B : The base salary range for this position is $157,000 - 219,000 annually
- Zone C : The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $196,000 annually
- This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
