About the Role:

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for providing project management throughout the full life cycle of creative requests, including managing timelines and approvals; and aligning closely with internal teams to ensure delivery of creative products. As part of the Demand Center team, this role will be the connector and point of contact for the creative team. You will help drive creative execution, manage workloads for creative team members, and work closely with the Demand Center Project Manager to ensure all project requirements are met.  

Location: Eden Prairie, MN office

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and assign incoming creative project requests for the creative team 
  • Coordinate project tasks across the creative team by assigning the appropriate team members; help to distribute workload depending on team capacity  
  • Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact between internal requesters and creative resources, including graphic designers and agencies for new and upcoming projects 
  • Integrate and balance big picture projects with day-to-day work for designers  
  • Understand the creative landscape and objectives on all projects and provide substantive feedback to the team on all deliverables 
  • Present and communicate project schedules, statuses, and updates to various project stakeholders 
  • Own and traffic manage all incoming creative requests in Wrike from internal and marketing teams 
  • Immediately communicate any potential delays in project deadlines to project sponsors, with explanation of the delay and potential solutions
  • Plan for and anticipate potential project roadblocks outside of immediate responsibility
  • Manage integration of creative assets into corporate content management system 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver creative solutions on deadline and within budget 
  • Keen ability to recognize when new directions must be pursued and quickly adjust in alignment with objectives 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills 
  • Creative problem solving with a drive to constantly iterate and improve our processes and workflows
  • Strongly Preferred - prior experience working with Wrike or a similar platform for project management
  • Strongly Preferred - creative agency experience and/or experience supporting creative teams
