ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing Store is looking for an Associate Creative Technology Manager to join a growing team within our Marketing Operations function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with interest in creative, data driven solutions for our business and our clients. The individual will support and collaborate with the Creative Technology Manager, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to execute on initiatives. The individual will be expected to dig into the details, and uncover solutions hidden in ambiguity to increase collaboration, efficiency, and effectiveness across the agency for the seamless delivery of products and services for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the agency’s capabilities and offerings, internal resources, and processes
- Support the implementation and execution of technology to improve/enhance the delivery of products and services for our clients
- Administer software and user management for agency production teams
- Deliver and support studio operations including but not limited to: Print and digital artwork creation , Workflow, Archiving, Internal Trafficking, QC, Technical Advice
- Support the implementation and execution for delivery of creative operations policy and procedures standards across NA offices
- Will partner and effectively collaborate across Marketing Operations teams and other cross-functional teams to identify new capabilities and functionality for ad units, while managing an executional plan for development and integration
- Own day-to-day activities for critical marketing systems and be responsive to ever-changing business needs
- In partnership with department lead will develop solutions to drive smarter data driven, useful insights on how to optimize business and be comfortable doing tear-downs to rethink business executions
- Lead internal relationships with creative, production, and studio teams to executive on business initiatives
- Communicate cross-functionally (internally and externally) to craft, implement, and improve delivery of products and services
- Stay abreast of emerging technology and industry trends
- Will run competitive analysis across primary competitor base and make recommendations on product enhancements from those insights to identify standards and best practices
- Support packaging process management application WebCenter and troubleshoot user issues
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications/Marketing, or related field required
- 2+ years’ relevant work experience applying data to drive process improvement and drive business insights required
- 2+ years’ experience working within an IT administration, technology, or digital production role
- Project management with Prepres experience is preferred
Technical Knowledge:
- Experience in administration of production software and workflow systems is strongly preferred
- Experience managing users, groups and permissions in server applications
Interpersonal and Soft Skills:
- Proven ability to effectively articulate and communicate information and insights required
- Impeccable attention to detail required
- Ability to build partnerships within an organization to drive results required
- Be able to work independently and self-manage time, prioritize projects, and execute deliverables proactively
- Thrive in dynamic business and collaborative group environments
- Ability to ask questions when faced with unclear situations
- Will proactively seek out opportunities for optimization, automation, and evaluation of processes and technologies
