Our employees have the flexibility to work in one of our office locations, completely remote, or a hybrid of the two. Please note, we are hiring on a remote working basis only in the U.S. and Canada.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Basis’ Program Management team works to ensure that the organization invests in the best set of projects and programs and realizes the most benefits possible from these investments. We also provide an organizational focus on improving the management and execution of projects, programs, and portfolios to optimize the capability and use of resources. This strategic and focused team shares the common goal of helping their clients to become smarter, faster and more effective at what they do.
WAYS YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
As an Assoc Project Manager, you will be responsible for the task management of supporting our services team with large clients and deliverables for creative assets. In addition, this role will be managing team and client deliverables as well as overseeing projects to ensure goals are met. This role will partner closely with our Client and Media Services team, who research, plan, and buy media for agencies and brands. Basis is at the foundation of all their tasks—from research and vendor communication to optimization and campaign visualization – and everything in between. This strategic and focused team shares the common goal of helping their clients to become smarter, faster and more effective at what they do. You will contribute by:
- Developing and managing reporting timelines and following up with deliverables for due dates with internal teams and vendors
- Managing creative development by setting up KOC with vendors, spec gathering, sending client feedback to vendors, client creative approvals, and trafficking process
- Coordinating meetings scheduling between agencies vendors and client partners
- Managing campaign launch timeline with partners
- Updating client status docs with weekly updates from internal teams
- Tracking vendor contracts, login details, monthly reporting and usage from vendor
- Gathering payment details and coordinating terms for partners
- Managing vendor management and enforcing timeline and due dates with vendors
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Proficient with Excel
- Proficient with SharePoint
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BONUS POINTS
- 1-2 years’ experience in media and/or project management, or bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications or equivalent subject matter
