The Agile Transformation Coach will join a diverse team of transformation coaches who help to advance modern ways of working across our IT organization. They will be responsible for advising executive and senior leadership and their organizations and helping them to deliver higher value and achieve its business outcomes through leveraging Agile values, modern principles, approaches and methods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively participate in and drive transformation efforts/initiatives across the whole organization, focusing specifically on org-wide leadership and behavior changes and making sure these result in a demonstrated increase in impact/value the IT organization brings
- Contribute to building a global transformation coaching capability by spreading the adoption and improvement of relevant Agile practices across the enterprise
- Increase adoption of agile principles and methods through trainings, workshops, mentoring and hands-on work across the whole organization, including partnering with business groups with a similar mission
- Facilitate and execute Agile and transformation training programs and assist in developing needed training content
- Actively participate in the Global Agile Community to share and exchange experiences across the whole enterprise and drive cultural and behavioral changes, to build a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
- Actively seek understanding and contribute to improvements of related and interdependent processes
- Proactive self-development and learning of the industry improved practices, new methods, and tools to drive our continuous improvement
Experience and knowledge we need:
- Expert working knowledge in improving the ways of work on an organization-wide scale (including multi-year experience with using a variety of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and scaling frameworks)
- Experience with transformation and/or change management approaches
- Experience guiding or assisting newly trained Agile practitioners across the enterprise
- Experience with handling multi-product dependencies and scaled setups
- Understanding the fundamentals of flow of work, pull systems and value chains
- Experience partnering and mentoring leaders, teams and fellow coaches and Scrum Masters throughout the organization
- Experience with sparking behavioral change in a complex environment
- Experience in different approaches delivering/leading workshops, training, coaching, mentoring, consulting, hands-on modeling etc.
Education and experience minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent from an accredited university (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 8 years of proven experience in large agile change initiatives
