Agile Scrum Master

Are you experienced removing impediments and ensuring the team progresses towards their deliverables? If so, Then you might be Fivesky’s next Agile Scrum Master. We’re building a brand-new global team which will have a direct impact on changing the way over a million participants using their assets.
Want you've done:
- Provided 7+ years of experience in a large complex organizations (e.g. major consulting organization)
- Provided 2+ years of hands on experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven skills in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Proven ability to develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents, such as identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path
- Proven ability to understand system flows, interface details and system infrastructure
- Proven ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications
- Proven ability to develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
- Proven ability to Identify and implement improvements Agile performance.
- Proven ability to review and manage backlog items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated
- Proven proficiency with Jira, and MS Office applications like Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to proactively manage change in project scope, identify potential issues, devise contingency, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Proven experience creating a collaborative team environment and providing constructive feedback
What you'll do:
- You will serve as Scrum Master leading Agile teams overseeing project development and ensure effective completion and delivery
- You will be responsible for working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and BAs to progress along agenda
- You will be responsible for promoting Agile culture, values, behaviors, and principles across business, development and testing organizations
- You will be responsible for creating a collaborative team environment and partnering with Agile Coach to provide constructive feedback for continuous Agile improvements
- You will be responsible for planning and conducting Agile meetings/ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand ups, test planing, test cases reviews, sprint demos, and retrospectives
- You will be responsible for reviewing and managing backlogs and in-progress items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated as appropriate
- You you be responsible for maintaining team metrics and reporting project statuses on a regular basis to Product Owner, and project stakeholders
- You will take ownership to drive through resolutions of issues or blockers, coordinate directly with other development/product teams on inter-dependencies or through scrum-of-scrum ceremony
- You will be responsible for taking a lead role in overall release management, including end-to-end regression test coordination, and ensuring SDLC artifact adherence runbook coordination and deployment support
- You will be responsible for coordinating with team on deployment preparations and execution
Skills desired:
- Understanding of life cycle of automation from development to production
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Educational Qualification:
Minimum BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
