About the team:
IBS Business Intelligence Center (BIC) combines an open data integration process, best-of-breed financial services data modeling and industry-leading business intelligence tools to provide the insight required to run a more efficient and profitable institution. BIC serves as a critical component of business and operational functions for over 200 banking organizations. The BIC team is highly collaborative and a fun group to be a part of.
What you will be doing:
Leading our SAFe Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle. You will be the heart of our team, providing process for the team to achieve their best results. You will help alleviate impediments, track progress of the teams and report status.

  • You will act as a servant leader, driving process improvements on the journey to a financial industry.
  • Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and implement Scrum practices.
  • Act as a change agent that increases the productivity of the team.
  • Lead and coach the organization in successful Scrum adoption.
  • Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
  • Manages team risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.

  • Builds trusting relationships and alliances across technical and business communities
  • Experience working in an Agile (SAFe) environment
  • Mediation and negotiation skills
  • You are very organized and detail-oriented; able to work with shifting priorities
  • Ability to set clear expectations, manage team performance and build high morale among team members


Added bonus if you have:

  • Financial or Financial Technology industry experience
  • Experience in organizational change management and driving transformation
  • SAFe Scrum Master certification
  • Experience working with data warehousing/analytics
