We are a high-energy, high-growth product company seeking an enterprising individual to join our growing team as an Agile Program Manager in the Engineering Operations team. What You’ll Do

• Focus on regular and timely delivery
• Organize and lead project status and working meetings
• Prepare and distribute progress reports
• Manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans
• Perform delivery planning for assigned projects
• Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments
• Protect the team from distractions and remove roadblocks so the team can work efficiently
• Help the team to continuously learn and improve
• Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, 
• Manage stakeholder communications, and help to implement an effective system of project governance
• Define and manage a well-defined Agile process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management
• Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team
• Be a part of the Scrum of Scrums; provide the visibility of the status and risks of sprints

About You 

• Solid understanding of SDLC models 
• Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices. Ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
• A proven track record of successfully implementing SaaS software projects using Agile methodologies including 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams. PMP preferred
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
• Experience overseeing multi-function project teams

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents BetterCloud’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 

Salary Range: $105,000 - $175,000
