The Opportunity:
You will join our Agile Practice as an Agile Coach. You will work with teams across multiple areas of our business and technology and help them build and mature their Agile practices. With your experience you will make a positive difference not only for our Scrum and Kanban Teams, but also for scaled teams in our Scrum @ Scale environment. You are comfortable coaching Product Owners and Scrum Masters up to some of our most senior leaders.
You will take ownership to promote our Agile Journey and increase adoption. You will build and use internal partnerships and become a change leader. Your deliberate and measured approach will allow us to mature practices and adoption throughout the organization.
When needed, you will take on different roles in an Agile environment - you can jump in and lead teams on their the journey from Waterfall to Agile, you are comfortable being an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or any of the scaled roles such as Scrum of Scrums Master or Chief Product Owner. You will report to a Vice President in Enterprise Transformation.
The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead the training and launch of Scrum teams; coach teams in all roles, processes and metrics
  • Lead Agile teams in building the processes (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), scaled frameworks (e.g. Scrum@Scale, shared service integration) and principles that best suit the nature of their workflow and environment
  • Take on leading role to mature our Agile journey and increase adoption of Agile principles throughout our organization
  • Partner with leaders of Agile programs and increase adoption within programs; lead the shift from waterfall to Agile mindset
  • Help mature our PO and SM Communities of Practice
  • Work with Transformation partners on Program and Portfolio concepts (e.g. "from Project to Product") and help design delivery methods with meaningful measures and progress tracking
  • Create Fisher specific Agile and Scrum training for onboarding needs and workshops and lunch and learns
  • Coach leadership in empowering their teams into an accountable and self-sustaining state of continuous improvement
  • Assist teams and leadership in managing lean documentation according to varying needs
  • Work with both localized and distributed team members
  • Must be comfortable working with all layers of an Enterprise Organizational Chart


Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
  • 5+ years of experience as a change leader for Agile, Scrum, Kanban
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology major or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with transitioning teams from traditional project management (i.e. waterfall) methodologies to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Conflict resolution experience working with multi-diverse teams
  • Experience developing custom internal training materials
