Job Description

Support the Program's goals of adoption and satisfaction of Advisor CRM through dissemination of best practices in training, resources, and through 1:1 and group interactions. This role supports all users end users as well as addresses needs for field leaders and field facing resources.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining resources and the source of truth repository of best practices for using Ameriprise CRM. Work across the organization to ensure consistency of best practice representation in other's materials, in particular with Learning and Development and the Communication teams.
  • Support relevant field facing teams (e.g., Compliance, Advisor Business Development Group, Marketing) as they drive adoption of CRM within their own interactions with practices.
  • Be a face of the program and drive adoption of Ameriprise CRM by addressing advisor and staff needs. This includes monitoring and participating in the Communities, supporting webinars and being a subject matter expert on some aspects of the tool. Participate in and manage the follow up for field escalations.
  • Be on point for the end-to-end process for program owned resources including partnering with subject matter experts on updating existing materials, submitting to Adtrax as required, and working with Corporate Communications for publication on AdvisorCompass.
  • Continually probe for bottlenecks and other potential problems; use extensive technical knowledge, influence, resourcefulness, and initiative to minimize their effect. Provide input on priority tradeoffs within and between business programs, as needed. Address and resolve conflicts.



Required Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years relevant experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and summarize verbal conversations into written form leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (including networking, influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution).
  • Ability to problem solve, assimilate information, and connect the dots on varying initiatives across the company that may impact this program.
  • Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment, and previous experience successfully managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
