Key responsibilities include(but not limited to):• Proactively develop customer relationships; anticipate and provide solutions to customer needs giving high priority to customer satisfaction• Architect and lead the implementation of MES and system integration solutions projects• Conduct workshops to analyze user requirements to define functional requirements for MES solutions through client interviews and documentation analysis• Plan and organize the work of a project team, develop the implementation strategies for projects, act as a mentor for individuals within the group, and resolve issues within project teams while leading the team• Develop detailed designs, implement, troubleshoot, and test PSI MES solutions that meet client requirements• Build solutions that are scalable and can be extended keeping in mind multiple• Refine/optimize and follow Business Process Maps and/or User Cases for configuration of execution workflows• Develop and improve processes, procedures and tools used in the execution of projects• Act as a liaison between the internal project team, internal management, sales and customer project teams and management• Identify change orders and justify changes to Project Management; resolve issues and establish priorities between projects• Start-up complex systems at customers' plants
Skills:• Working in project teams through agreed upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle• Working experience in Oracle Database (PL/SQL) ,Java, .net, C and C++• Should be able to translate the Functional Specification to Technical requirements assist the developer to build the solutions• Leading team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view and quickly identifying pitfalls in the design and proposes corrective action• Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms• Teaming with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances• Good communication, both written & verbal; that includes very good listening skills and an open attitude and acceptance to coaching and being coached• Highly self-motivated and directed• Ability to work in a distributed team including vendor resources• Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing environment
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree and five or more years of related work experience• Five or more years of significant experience within MES/manufacturing industry and extensive experience within the following: performing MES business requirements analysis and specifications, system design, application software configuration, development, testing, installation, start-up, and maintenance and providing guidance for, system integration and application design, architecture development and support for MES platforms like PSI, Rockwell or Siemens• Experience in Metals would be preferable• Prior experience providing design and configuration of computer system solutions in support of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), integration to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Quality Systems• Experience with Java, .NET technologies

Delivery Architects assess a project's technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing a project's technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architect's role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• You are responsible for the end-to-end architecture of a Delivery, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles defined with the client.• You define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation.• You are responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the Delivery services can be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components.

Required Skills and Experience:• Qualification: 7-10 years of experience (3 years minimum relevant experience), Bachelor's Degree.• Certification: Has or seeking IAF level 1.• Should be proficient in foundation, People Leadership, client acquisition & development, service & delivery and business leadership.• Should be experienced in technology awareness & leveraging and innovation & growth capability.

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
