As a Site Engineer play a vital role in delivering projects that meet our high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll assist Project Managers and Engineers with site set-up, planning, and resource coordination to ensure projects are completed to spec, on time, and within budget.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine technical expertise with practical problem-solving, while leading by example in health, safety, and environmental standards. You’re not just a number here – you’re key to our success.
 

In addition to the above you will:  

  • Assisting with site set-up, planning, and quality control.

  • Interpreting contract documentation into clear work instructions for crews.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

  • Reporting incidents and identifying ways to work safer and smarter.

  • Undertaking technical, hands-on activities as required.

  • Leading by example in health, safety, and wellbeing.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

  • Minimum 12–24 months experience as a Graduate Engineer.

  • Full Class 1 driver’s licence.

  • Knowledge of NZ civil engineering principles and project management basics.

  • A practical problem solver with a can-do attitude.

  • Someone who puts safety first, works hard, and is a team player.

  • Leadership qualities – someone people respect and want to follow.
