The Role:
This is an opportunity for a talented Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our growing Tech Holding family. If you are a self-starter and a team-player who is ready to take charge of technical teams and help exceed our clients expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
- Manage and maintain Jira boards, ensuring accurate tracking of work and facilitating team collaboration.
- Support release management, ensuring smooth delivery of product increments and working closely with engineering teams.
- Drive process improvements within the teams, helping to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for greater efficiency.
- Guide the engineering teams in adopting agile best practices and values, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Web Platform team, with the opportunity to expand support to a second team over time (likely Martech: CRM, data analytics, pixels and cookies, paid media, advertising).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and execution timelines.
- 9 am-6 pm ET working hours
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master (4-5 years), must be a certified scrum master, ideally within a fast-moving startup or agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum frameworks and agile principles.
- Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools for tracking and managing sprints.
- Demonstrated experience in leading process changes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interest and/or experience in e-commerce is preferred.
- Experience in supporting multiple teams is a plus, especially in areas like Martech (CRM, data analytics, paid media, and advertising).
- Must be able to work 9 am-6 pm ET working hours
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelors in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or MIS
