About the Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, planning, and communication skills with a proven record managing cross-functional technical teams and ensuring timely, quality project delivery.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project goals and deliverables.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage change requests, reporting, and client communications effectively.
- Mentor junior project coordinators and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PMP certification is a plus).
- 3–5 years of experience in project management within the tech or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or equivalent tools.
