Scope:
• Core responsibilities to lead L2 Support team in performing Production triage related to functional & technical issues for client solution deployed on Azure
• The team currently comprises of 60+ global associates across US, India (COE) and UK and is expected to grow rapidly. The incumbent will need to have leadership qualities to also mentor junior and mid-level software associates in our team
Our current technical environment:
- Software: Java, Springboot, GIT, Rest API, OAuth
- Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture
- Cloud Architecture: Azure & GCP
- Frameworks/Others: Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, MongoDB, Snowflake
What you’ll do:
- Supporting Cloud Native Microservices for Commerce customers
- Perform Issue triage and Defect fixing
- Understands functional and technical requirements of software components
- Participates in team activities such as backlog grooming, planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Provides input for the prioritization of issues in the backlog and autonomously pulls issues or supports other team members as appropriate
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5+ years of project experience in spring boot and Kafka
- Experience in leading a small team to provide Technical & Product Support
- Demonstrable experience with microservices based architecture on Cloud at scale.
- Understands functional and technical requirements of software components
- Exposure to cloud platform like GCP, Azure or AWS
- Understanding of the caching framework like Hazel cast, RabbitMQ Etc.
- Good understanding of product implementation process
