The PositionThe Project Management Intern will be an integral part of the Strategy and Enablement team, supporting the execution of Organon’s strategic initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization and contributes to the delivery of key Enterprise Services & Solutions priorities. The intern will assist in standard project management activities and continuous improvement efforts, helping to ensure alignment and execution of globally led projects at the local level.Professional Internship IEFP (6 months)Responsibilities
Support the development and tracking of project plans
Assist in cross-functional alignment and execution of team initiatives
Help prepare and coordinate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
Create and develop materials for stakeholder briefings
Assist in developing PowerPoint presentations
Organize and maintain project documentation and manage version control
Prepare agendas and follow-up actions for team meetings
Collaborate on task organization using continuous improvement methodologies
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Draft internal communications, newsletters, and project updates
Coordinate with other Organon's departments as needed
Support stakeholder relationship management
Engage with cross-functional teams across the organization
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Fluency in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams; familiarity with MS Project or similar tools is a plus
Basic understanding of finance processes; knowledge of accounting principles is valued
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-facing mindset
Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
Proactive and positive attitude
Results-driven with a clear sense of urgency
Process-oriented approach to work
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and perform under pressure
Capable of working independently and collaboratively
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
