Job Description
We are currently looking for Project Lead who will be responsible for undertaking and leading small projects, which includes scope definition, scheduling, human resource and material planning and allocation, risk management planning, cost and budget management and quality assurance.
What you will be doing:
- Owning the maintenance of the project backlog (for the Analytics Delivery Hub)
- Taking clear scope requirements from numerous stakeholders and translating them into appropriate Jira epics
- Working closely with the Head of Analytics Delivery to ensure priorities are accurately reflected
- Liaising regularly with Agile squad leads to aid replenishment sessions
- Creating and maintaining essential MI for performance reporting
- Agile metrics e.g. cycle time, throughput and WIP
- Financial reporting i.e. revenue forecasting
- Own the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) feedback process on behalf of the Analytics Delivery Hub, including reporting to feed monthly Ops Reviews
- Tracking of GDPR compliance and appropriate QA reporting on behalf of the Analytics Delivery Hub
- Supporting both the Head of Analytics Delivery and the Analytics Engineer Manager with essential operational processes to ensure smooth running of the Analytics Delivery Hub
Qualifications
What we expect you to bring:
- University degree with a high numerical content (such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.)
- Agile certification or/and experience
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Practical experience with Scrum
- Facilitating Scrum Events following the hybrid Agile model, seeking for transparency, inspection, and adaptation
- Advanced Knowledge in Project Management concepts
- Fluent English – written and spoken
- Building positive connections
- Conflict Management
- Problem solving
- Ownership
- Knowledge / experience in the field of credit scoring analytics would be an advantage
