Job Description
- Oversee revenue and margin recognition, update project plans and progress (POC) per internal controls.
- Monitor cost of sales, analyze deviations, and provide project forecasts, cost-to-complete, and cash flow updates.
- Issue and follow up on client invoices, manage supplier invoices in SAP/IFS, and maintain project setup.
- Prepare financial documents for monthly project reviews and liaise with project and finance teams.
- Request hedges from the treasury department and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Qualifications
Job specific qualification
- 3 - 5 years of experience in project controlling and / or project accounting
- Good command of SAP (PS, SD, MM, FI). IFS knowledge is an asset.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel), PIRS, SAP Cash Tool
- Fluency in written and spoken English, German or other languages are an asset
- Project Management skills
- Basic IFRS knowledge and awareness of tax issues
