Overview: As a Program specialist, you will manage execution of transformation projects in India, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope. You will play a key role in working with stakeholders from across all enabling functions in Fluence maintain schedules, drive project management and ensure successful implementation of all strategic and operational initiatives at the Center.
Key Responsibilities: • Support the India MD and Transformation Manager in providing strategic insights and operational support.
• Facilitate and drive key strategic initiatives, from planning through to execution, ensuring they align with the organization’s goals.
• Manage critical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure preparation of high-quality presentations and reports for executive meetings and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between the India MD and other teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operation and communication.
• Regularly update senior leadership and all relevant stakeholders on project progress, key findings, risks, and issues.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables by adhering to Fluence standards and expectations. Review and refine reports and presentations to ensure they are clear, impactful, and actionable.
• Enhance organizational performance by driving continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives.
• Conduct secondary research to gather relevant data, insights, and benchmarks to support Fluence strategies. Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Organize, manage, and analyze datasets. Use MS Excel to create detailed reports and insights. Ensure that data is accurately processed and aligned with project goals.
• Deeply understand the Fluence GIC’s business goals and develop comprehensive strategies and action plans to meet those goals. Facilitate alignment between strategic initiatives and daily operations to ensure that all activities contribute to the organization’s objectives. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and master’s degree in business administration
• 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a management consulting or professional services setting.
• Strong expertise in secondary research techniques, including identifying relevant data sources, conducting industry analyses, and synthesizing insights.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint (for creating presentations), Excel (for data analysis and reporting), and Word (for report writing).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and delivering on project goals.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and confidently to clients and senior stakeholders. • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems using data-driven insights.
• Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize data and research into strategic recommendations
