There is never a dull moment on this strategic effort, a cornerstone for the nation's security! The Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Program will completely replace the aging Minuteman III (MMIII) ICBM, an undertaking not performed in over 50 years. This program is considered a "mega-project" and one of the most complex in the history of the Department of Defense. The new ICBM weapon system acquisition effort brings with it the newest digital engineering tools and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices to meet existing warfighter requirements, while having the adaptability and flexibility to affordably address changing technology and threat environments beyond 2075. As part of the U.S. Air Force's Integration Support Contract (ISC), BAE Systems provides advisory and assistance services in the areas of engineering, logistics, management, scientific analysis, and other subject matter expertise to augment and optimize management of the Sentinel ICBM Prime Contractor.

The Role
BAE is looking for an experienced Program Manager accountable to the Sentinel Military Construction IT Lead for all tasks assigned. You will play a critical role in driving program excellence and customer satisfaction. This demanding position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with acute attention to detail, substantial confidence, and tenacity. You will need to have a proven track record of successfully working with diverse stakeholders, including varied personalities, and possess a highly professional, customer-oriented approach. The ability to multi-task simultaneous projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities is essential in this fast-paced environment. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to BAE leadership in developing and maintaining robust program processes, ensuring seamless execution and innovation. You will be responsible for executing precise task management, delivering top-notch performance, and driving innovation to meet and exceed customer requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with mitigating contracted customer business operation needs as they arise, ensuring customer satisfaction is consistently met.
This position may also perform the following duties and responsibilities.
- Responsible for independently coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing, and tracking action items, suspenses, and responses
- Develop, prepare, and coordinate high level reports, data analysis and briefings for BAE and government leadership
- Assist with development and implementation of program schedules and project plans
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to BAE leadership in developing, maintaining, and optimizing program processes to ensure seamless execution and innovation
- Determine customer requirements and translate requirements into organizational plans
- Analyze business and technical processes to develop and implement new and modified processes and policies
- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement and drive executive decision-making

- 10+ years' direct program management experience (BS 10+, MS 8+, PhD 6+)
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Communication, or related field
- Must be able to obtain a Top-Secret +SAP Security clearance
- Experience with executive-level management and customer interactions
- Develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity and innovation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence
- Experience collaborating with a team to solve problems and troubleshoot projects
- Experience with the Sentinel program and government organizational structure/alignment
- Experience applying effective oral communication skills with executive-level internal leaders and customers

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $136000 - $231200
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
