- Overall management all projects finical & schedule, meet related stokehold expectation and target.
- Team leadership to tracking and drive results
- Champion of the APTIV flawless launches initiative.
- Champion a common PDP system across L&P, consistent with global direction.
- Lead value stream improvements for the PDP process.
- Represent A/P as a member of the global PDP team.
- Assure metrics are maintained and reported timely to the team.
- Assure PDP information is maintained in the CBU quick place.
- Facilitate PDP gate reviews for the CBU (low/high risk) reviews.
- Participate in China Low/High Risk Reviews.
- Personnel and budget control
- Comply with internal control requirements, H&S and Aptiv Business Process.
